Welcome to Highroller. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all services offered through it, including our games, promotions, and account features. By registering an account with Highroller casino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Account Registration and Highroller Login

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Deposits and Withdrawals

We charge no fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. We do not accept third-party payments: any winnings resulting from a deposit made by someone other than the account holder will be forfeited, and the deposit refunded to the payment account holder.

The minimum withdrawal is 20 CAD, though this may vary depending on your country, region, and chosen payment method. Withdrawals can only be processed to the method used for the corresponding deposit; where that method is not available for withdrawals, we may offer an alternative at our discretion and reserve the right to pay out using a different method than the one you selected. Card deposits are refunded to the card up to the original deposit amount, with any surplus paid through an alternative method.

Withdrawal limits follow the caps of the chosen method: 4,000 CAD per transaction on Visa, Mastercard, Interac, and MuchBetter, and 200 CAD on Paysafecard. Amounts exceeding these limits are paid out in instalments. We do not publish a daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal cap. A monthly administrative fee of up to 10 CAD applies to accounts that remain dormant for 12 consecutive months.

Processing Times

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before you can request a withdrawal. Processing may take up to five business days depending on the method selected, though most withdrawal requests are handled within 24 hours, and Visa and Mastercard payouts are typically processed instantly. We may withhold funds for the time needed to complete identity verification checks where applicable.

Highroller Bonus Terms

Our welcome offer is available to new players and includes total bonuses of up to 2,000 CAD plus 200 Free Spins spread across four deposits, each requiring a minimum deposit of 20 CAD. Bonuses must be claimed in sequence: skipping one part makes the next unavailable, and each stage appears in your Rewards section only once the previous one has been claimed.

Our Highroller casino bonus offers are structured as Parachute Bonuses, also known as non-sticky bonuses. Your deposited real money and the bonus funds are kept entirely separate. You may use your real money first without any bonus restrictions and withdraw related winnings once your deposit has been wagered at least once, forfeiting the bonus if you choose to do so. • Bonus money carries a 40x wagering requirement, to be completed within 30 days, after which the bonus expires.

• The maximum bet permitted while bonus money is active is 5 CAD.
• Free spins are valid for 24 hours, carry a 30x wagering requirement, and the maximum win and withdrawal from free spin winnings is 100 CAD.

Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%; selected live game shows contribute 50%; and all other live casino games, table games, and video poker contribute 0% towards bonus wagering. We may exclude certain games from bonus play at our discretion.
